For some reason I am now picturing Captain Jack with Indiana Jones, and /or Marion Ravenwood.
And that of course leads me right to Janis Covington and Melinda Pappas, the 1940s Xenaverse uber characters from The Xena Scrolls.

Oh, dear, just had a really wrong thought... depending on when Jack met Janis and Melinda... when was Diane born?
